The curse of Gucci

THE CURSE. Okay, let me just say this: I really like Gucci, and I specially loved the summer collection, BUT - cause there's always a but - Frida G. is starting to annoy me to the max, with the same collections over and over again. I mean, Frida, original and innovative are not cities in Russia, they are actual words, and you should maybe try to get THAT into your collections, cause from what I've seen, it's the same you're doing again and again and ..

Just to make my point clear (all pictures are from collections from circa 2006 to now):

Let's start with the dresses - all these dresses have sort of the same print, just in different colors, and all the dresses have sort of the same look as well. Very light and flowing fabric:

And then rolling over to the jackets and pants - always canvas pants (don't know if that's the right word) and leatherjackets, paired with some lacquer (again, don't know if that's the right word) of some sort in form of bags and shoes:

Am I right, or is this just something only I see. Please let me hear your opinion!!
